Description

The Bosch D292 is the standard smoke detector base used in four-wire configurations. Besides, the Alarm Loop relay (Terminals 5 and 6) is a N/O relay rated at 0.5 A at 100 VDC. Furthermore, the relay closes on alarm.

Use the Bosch D292 Four‑wire Detector Base with smoke and heat detector heads to provide early fire warning for life safety as well as property protection systems. Also, install these bases according to the National Fire Alarm Code, NFPA 72. This base is compatible with a number of control panels and with the following Bosch Security System, Inc.’s detector heads:
