The Edwards 270-SPOW is a single action pull station of the break glass type that will be connect with cables. The Edwards 270-SPOW fire alarm pull station is for fire alarm installations in schools, hospitals, factories, and industrial locations. Also, the 270 Series mounts on a 4″ (102mm) square box with single gang plaster cover. Besides, it may be surface mounted using the P-027193 cast back box or the P-039250 steel back box. Available in both open and closed circuit designs and has a tamper proof reset function. The station’s die cast body is paint red, with painted silver stripes. In addition, The 270 Series non-coded station will activate a positive alarm by
pulling the alarm handle out and down. The station also provides a normally open alarm contact with a rating of 3 amps at 30VAC/60 Vdc. Furthermore, The hardy die-cast housing is finished with Fire Red alkyd baking enamel complemented by painted aluminum stripes and markings.
