The Edwards EGCAVWA-CVR is a white replacement appliance cover designed for compatible Edwards Genesis EGC Series ceiling-mounted horn strobes. It features clearly visible ALERT lettering for emergency communications and mass notification applications requiring identification other than standard FIRE marking.

This factory-style replacement component restores the exterior appearance and required device marking of a compatible ceiling horn strobe without replacing the complete notification appliance. The EGCAVWA-CVR is a cover only and does not include a horn, strobe, mounting plate, wiring assembly, or electronic components.

This product is intended exclusively for commercial fire alarm installations.

Mounting & Design

The EGCAVWA-CVR attaches to the front of a compatible Edwards Genesis EGC Series ceiling horn strobe. The existing cover is removed and the replacement cover is installed using the appliance’s original attachment provisions.

Installation should be completed without damaging the horn, strobe lens, wiring plate, or internal electronic assembly.
