The Fire-Lite CMF-300 is an addressable control module designed for compatible Fire-Lite intelligent fire alarm control panels. It provides a supervised output circuit for controlling notification appliances such as horns, strobes, bells, and other compatible signaling devices using an external power source.

The module communicates over the Signaling Line Circuit (SLC), allowing the fire alarm control panel to individually activate notification circuits through system programming. Featuring rotary address switches, LED status indication, and support for Class A or Class B wiring, the CMF-300 is ideal for commercial fire alarm applications requiring intelligent notification control. This product is intended exclusively for commercial fire alarm installations.

Electrical & System Information

The CMF-300 operates from a compatible Fire-Lite Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) with an operating voltage range of 15–32 VDC. Notification appliances are powered by an external regulated 24 VDC power supply, while the module supervises the notification circuit and controls the output relay.

The module supports Class A (Style Z) or Class B (Style Y) notification appliance circuits and includes a 47 kΩ end-of-line resistor for circuit supervision. Rotary decimal switches provide simple field addressing.

Mounting & Design

The CMF-300 mounts directly to a 4-inch square electrical box with a minimum depth of 2⅛ inches. The compact module includes terminal blocks with SEMS screws and clamping plates to simplify installation and field wiring.

Its durable off-white housing provides a clean appearance while allowing easy access for addressing, testing, and maintenance.
