The MIX-3100 operates on an addressable signaling line circuit with a working voltage of 17 to 28 VDC. An onboard processor continuously communicates detector status to the fire alarm control panel while monitoring detector performance.
A clear LED flashes during normal polling and illuminates steadily when the detector enters the alarm condition. The detector utilizes analog addressable communication to improve system performance and maintenance.
The MIX-3100 installs onto a compatible detector base using a twist lock mounting arrangement that simplifies installation, testing, and replacement without disturbing field wiring.
