It provides 135°F (57°C) fixed-temperature thermal detection, making it suitable for protecting commercial spaces where smoke detectors may not be appropriate due to environmental conditions.

Electrical & System Information

The NH-200 operates on compatible FireWarden® Signaling Line Circuits (SLC) using a two-wire connection. Rotary decimal switches provide local addressing, while the detector continuously communicates its operating status to the compatible fire alarm control panel.

The detector plugs into a compatible detector base, simplifying installation, inspection, cleaning, testing, and replacement. It includes built-in device-type identification and supports remote testing from the fire alarm control panel.

Mounting & Design

The NH-200 installs on compatible intelligent detector bases using a plug-in design that allows installation, testing, cleaning, and replacement without disturbing field wiring.

The detector is compatible with standard detector bases as well as relay and sounder bases where supported, providing installation flexibility for commercial fire alarm systems. Mount the detector base on an electrical box at least 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) deep.
