Description
Potter PAD300-PCD – Addressable Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector
The Potter PAD300-PCD is an analog addressable multi-criteria detector that combines photoelectric smoke detection with carbon monoxide (CO) sensing in a single device. Designed for use with Potter PAD protocol fire alarm systems, it provides early and reliable detection of both fire and CO hazards in commercial and life safety applications.
This detector uses a photoelectric smoke sensor (UL 268 7th Edition compliant) along with an electrochemical CO sensor (UL 2075 listed) to deliver accurate and dependable detection while minimizing nuisance alarms. It offers a wide smoke sensitivity range of 1.1% to 3.5% per foot and includes automatic drift compensation to maintain performance over time.
The PAD300-PCD features a low-profile design with easy addressing via DIP switches and seamless communication with compatible Potter control panels. It is ideal for applications requiring both fire and CO detection in one device, reducing installation complexity and hardware costs.
