Description

The Siemens MH-W provides a field selectable Continuous or Code 3 horn tone when connected directly to a fire alarm control panel. Furthermore, delivering high sound output with a low current draw; they can also provide a synchronized code 3 horn tone using the DSC sync modules, FS-250 panel, XLS panel, or PAD-3 power supply with built-in sync protocol.

In general, the Siemens MH-W Mini Horn can be mount to any standard single-gang box using In/Out screw terminals; using #12 to #18 AWG for fast installation, and requires no additional trim plate required for flush mounting. Plugs are provided to cover the mounting screws and enhance appearance. Color choices of red or off-white. Also, designed to meet or exceed NFPA/ANSI standards. UL and ULC Listed, and CSFM, and FM pending.

Ideal for applications such as individual rooms, apartments, hotels/motels, and offices with felid selectable settings for Temporal or continuous horn; the MH Series piezoelectric Mini Horns are com­pact electronic alarm appliances that are listed under UL Standard 464 for Audible Appliances in Public Mode Fire Protection Systems.

• All models shall have provision for standard reverse polarity-type supervision and In / Out wiring using terminals that accept #12 to #18 AWG wiring
