The Fire-Lite MMF-300 is an addressable intelligent monitor module designed for compatible Fire-Lite intelligent fire alarm control panels. It provides an addressable interface for monitoring normally open dry-contact initiating devices, allowing conventional initiating devices to communicate with the fire alarm control panel over the Signaling Line Circuit (SLC).
Designed for new installations and retrofit applications, the MMF-300 supports both Class A (Style D) and Class B (Style B) initiating device circuits. Its built-in status LED, rotary address switches, and durable mounting plate simplify installation and maintenance. This product is intended exclusively for commercial fire alarm installations.
The MMF-300 operates directly from the compatible Fire-Lite 15–32 VDC Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) and requires no separate operating power supply. Device addressing is accomplished using built-in rotary decimal switches.
The initiating device circuit is supervised using the supplied 47 kΩ end-of-line resistor and may be configured for either Class A (Style D) or Class B (Style B) operation. The module mounts to a standard 4-inch square electrical box using the supplied mounting plate.
The MMF-300 mounts directly to a standard 4-inch square electrical box with a minimum depth of 2⅛ inches. The module includes a durable plastic cover plate with an integrated LED indicator and screw-terminal connections for straightforward field wiring.
Its full-size enclosure provides convenient access for addressing, testing, inspection, and maintenance throughout the life of the system.
