The Mircom ALC-198S is an adder module that expands the intelligent loop capacity of the Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm control panel (FACP). This module adds one additional analog addressable loop capable of supporting up to 99 analog sensors and 99 addressable modules.
It supports Class A (Style 6/7) or Class B (Style 4) wiring configurations, making it a flexible solution for system expansion and retrofit applications.
Provides an extra signaling line circuit (SLC) for analog addressable devices (sensors + modules) when paired with the FX-2000 series.
Supports up to 99 analog sensors and 99 addressable modules on the added loop.
Wiring flexibility: supports Class A (Style 6/7) or Class B (Style 4) topologies, which simplifies design choices.
Occupies one module slot in the main or expander chassis of the FX-2000.
