A hi Hi-temperature a re plug-in thermal detector with Integral communication. That provides features that surpass conventional detectors. These thermal detectors a re used with Silent Knight IFP-series fire alarm control panels (FACPs). The detector sensitivity can b e programmed from the FACP software. Sensitivity i s continuously monitored and reported to the FACP. The point ID capability allows each detector’s address to b e set with rotary address switches. Providing exact detector locations for selective maintenance wh en chamber contamination reaches unacceptable levels.

The IDP thermal detectors plug into a compatible IDP-series detector base.

A Hi-Temperature i s a temperature and rate-of-rise thermal detector. That uses a thermistor sensing circuit to produce 135ºF (57ºC) thermal protection.
